Who these terms are with
Momentloft is a service of Media Yard LLC, PO Box 73, Pennsauken, NJ 08110. By using the site or the product you agree to these terms.
Private beta
Access is by invitation. Features may change, pause or be removed, and we may limit sending while we add capacity. Beta seats are free until paid plans open; nobody is charged without agreeing to a price first.
What you may send
- Only to people you have a lawful basis to contact — your users, customers, or people who asked to hear from you.
- No purchased, rented or scraped lists.
- Every sequence email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you honour it.
- You comply with the laws that apply to your mail, including CAN-SPAM and, where relevant, GDPR and CASL.
- No deceptive subject lines, impersonation, malware or illegal content.
We may pause sending or close an account that breaks these rules, and will tell you why.
Your inboxes and reputation
Mail is sent from inboxes and domains you connect. Their deliverability and reputation are yours. We cannot promise any email reaches an inbox.
AI drafts
Drafts are generated with your own AI provider key and can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing and approving what is sent. See how we use AI.
No warranty, limited liability
The service is provided as-is during beta. To the extent the law allows, Media Yard LLC’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which during a free beta is zero.
