This website

• Beta waitlist. If you join, we store your email address with our email provider, Resend, on a list used only for Momentloft beta seats. We use it only to tell you about your beta seat, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
• No analytics or ad scripts. The site loads no third-party scripts, and our security policy only allows connections back to momentloft.com. Fonts are served from our own domain.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (IP address, page, time, browser) for security and debugging, and deletes them on its own schedule.

The product, for customers

• Your account: your email address and sign-in records.
• Your contacts: the people you upload or enroll through the API, with the reason each was enrolled. You control this data; we process it on your instructions to send the sequences you set up.
• Your AI provider key: stored encrypted, used only to draft your sequences and replies.
• Mail events: sends, replies, bounces and unsubscribes, so sequences can stop at the right time.

We do not sell contacts, share them with other customers, add them to any list of our own, or use them to find new people for anyone.

People who receive email sent through Momentloft

Our customers send from their own inboxes, and they decide who to email. If you got one of those emails and want it to stop, use the unsubscribe link in it or see opt out.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by writing to support@momentloft.com. Customers who need a data processing agreement can read ours at DPA.
