Got an email sent through Momentloft?

Here is how to make it stop, and what we can and can’t see.

The fastest way

Use the unsubscribe link in the email. It stops that sender’s sequence to you straight away. Replying “stop” also stops it, because any reply ends the sequence.

Who emailed you

The email came from the company named in it, from their own inbox. Momentloft is software they use to schedule follow-ups. We don’t sell or share lists, so you weren’t added by us — they had your address already, usually because you signed up for their product or asked to hear from them.

Still hearing from them?

Email support@momentloft.com with the address you received it at and the sender’s name. We’ll stop sends through Momentloft to that address and tell the customer they must not contact you through it again.
